๐Ÿ”ง Process Flow: Enable and Use the Camera Tool

1. Go to: File > Options > Excel Options > Quick Access Toolbar.
2. Under 'Choose commands from', select **All Commands**.
3. Find **Camera** in the list.
4. Click **Add >>** to move it to the right side window.
5. Click **OK**.

✅ Step 2: Take a Dynamic Screenshot

Example Dataset (Range A1:B3):

1. Select the cell range you want to capture, e.g., A1:B3.
2. Click the **Camera** icon on the Quick Access Toolbar.
3. Your cursor changes to a crosshair — click anywhere on the sheet to place the image.
4. The snapshot will be linked to your selected data and update automatically.

If you update any values in the source range, the snapshot updates instantly.
