  • Press F5 or Ctrl + G on your keyboard. This opens the Go To dialog box.

  • Click the Special... button at the bottom left of the dialog.

    • Entire row

  • Click OK

๐Ÿ“ Notes & Tips

  • Be specific with your selection: If you only want to delete rows that are entirely blank, make sure your initial selection doesn’t include any partially filled rows.

  • Undo: If something goes wrong, press Ctrl + Z to undo immediately.

  • Alternative: Use filters to show only blank rows and delete manually, especially if you're working with rows where only specific columns matter.

๐Ÿ“˜ Example:

After following the steps, rows 2 and 4 (completely blank) will be deleted.
